CSX Lines' auto rating capability integrates rate and tariff information into the company's liner management system using Management Dynamics' contract management solution, Rate Explorer. Implementation of auto rating has enabled CSX Lines to improve its accuracy in freighting bills and bookings and significantly improve back office productivity.
