The successful candidate should have experience building mission-critical, high performance systems using a variety of technologies, and must be able to interpret functional requirements into a coherent design and development methodology.

Candidates must work well within a team environment and have strong documentation skills. A strong work ethic is expected.


Role

  • Design and develop high performance, scalable, mission-critical systems
  • Collect and document functional and non-functional requirements

  • Develop applications in Java, J2EE and related technologies

Production Support Staff

Description

The candidate will act as the Level 1 Production Support consultant for our compliance product lines, Trade Collaborator, Trade Wizards, and Restricted Party Screening engines. The candidate will interact directly with our software customers, offering product expertise, assisting them with production issues, and liaising with the internal development team to resolve technical issues. The candidate will be responsible for tracking customer issues while assuring timely implementation of solutions provided to customers. Individuals must have strong analytical skills in order to understand customer requested enhancements and be able to track and meet delivery deadlines.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop product expertise with Management Dynamics’ software product lines

  • Receive and coordinate calls from customers around the world who require assistance with issues associated with their implementation

General Description:
