The successful candidate should have experience building mission-critical, high performance systems using a variety of technologies, and must be able to interpret functional requirements into a coherent design and development methodology.

Candidates must work well within a team environment and have strong documentation skills. A strong work ethic is expected.


Role

  • Design and develop high performance, scalable, mission-critical systems
  • Collect and document functional and non-functional requirements
  • Convert the requirements into high level design and low level design
  • Develop applications in Java, J2EE and related technologies
  • Analyze, identify and resolve issues
  • Work with offshore team and yet work independently in onsite assignments

  • A knowledge of creating test frameworks and strategy, choosing automated testing tools and creating testing standards is highly desirable

  • Familiarity with defect and configuration management systems

  • Exposure to object oriented analysis and design and testing on systems developed in Java, J2EE, RDBMS and C++

Production Support Staff

Description

The candidate will act as the Level 1 Production Support consultant for our compliance product lines, Trade Collaborator, Trade Wizards, and Restricted Party Screening engines. The candidate will interact directly with our software customers, offering product expertise, assisting them with production issues, and liaising with the internal development team to resolve technical issues. The candidate will be responsible for tracking customer issues while assuring timely implementation of solutions provided to customers. General Description:

The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for performing a wide range of activities related to the support and operation of the Customer Support Center, which provides support to a worldwide customer base.
